In spring 2023, we decided to offer only organic food and drinks from now on. By taking the path to sustainable tourism, we also made the decision to live a healthier life in harmony with Tyrolean nature and animals and in community with our regional organic farmers. In the meantime, we have managed to switch entirely to organic products. Here you can enjoy honest and varied cuisine, Tyrolean specialties and modern interpretations.

In our Tyrolean cuisine, we focus on freshness, taste and 100% certified organic products. We use regional and seasonal food wherever possible. "Conscious consumption is also particularly important to us," says host Andreas Steuxner: "Of course, this also includes an appreciative and sensible approach to food." Whether homemade apple strudel, braised pork cheeks with semolina dumplings or okonomiyaki with Alpine kimchi - traditional Tyrolean dishes and modern dishes are carefully combined in our organic kitchen. We also cater for different dietary requirements such as vegetarian or vegan diets and food intolerances. Please contact us and we will take your special needs into account.

You can savor these delicacies either in the Farmer's Lounge or the Pine Lounge, or directly on the sun terrace with a view of the Stubai mountain scenery
